Our beloved Dean of American Hypnotists, Ormond McGill, died
early today in Santa Rosa, California. He had celebrated his ninety-second
birthday this past June.
No immediate plans have been announced at this time concerning
funeral or memorial services, however our member forums will have an Ormond McGill
Memorial site in place later today for those who wish to express their
thoughts and condolences.
The National Guild of Hypnotists will also be publishing an
Ormond McGill Memorial Issue of the Journal of Hypnotism as a salute to
our dear friend, mentor and charter member.
We will all miss him.
